Troubleshooting your course access

After making a course purchase, you will have immediate access to the course with the email address you used to make the purchase. Just check your email for the course access.

Check your inbox

Look for the email from 'Leanne Wong & Co' with the course name > Access the course

Voila! You'll be redirected to the course material right away.

1) I clicked on 'Access course' but can't login to my teachable account

That could mean you have not verified your Teachable account yet.

When you purchase any course on Teachable, a teachable account would be created by default with the email address and password you used to sign up. A confirmation email is sent by Teachable to the email address you used to enroll or purchase the course product.

If you do not see the initial email or the re-sent email in your inbox, try checking your spam or junk folders. You can also use the “All Mail” view in your email to view all filtered emails.


Step 1: Check your email for a confirmation message (subject line may include “Confirm your Account” or “Redeem your copy of x”.)

Step 2: Go to courses.leannewong.co > Log in from the upper right corner


Step 3: Enter the email address and password you used to register your account and click Login.

Step 4: You'll be taken to Leanne Wong & Co school dashboard with all the courses you've enrolled in.

2) I am being redirected to your Affiliate dashboard instead

From the Affiliate Dashboard > top left > click on 'Leanne Wong & Co'
